Laura is a highly experiend and motivated member of the GoPrmotional team having worked in a plethora of senior customer service/retail roles for over a decade.

What were you doing before you started at GoPromotional?
Prior to joining GoPromotional I enjoyed a variety of roles across the country over a 10 year period. I spent most of my 20’s living in Birmingham where I worked at a major sports and fitness distributor and then followed that up with a number of senior positions in the retail sector. Finally I found my way back to my roots in South Yorkshire where I worked for a recycling and waste management brokerage prior to joining GoPromotional.

What does being a Senior Account Manager entail?
My main role as a Senior Account Manager is working hand in hand with clients, providing them with quotations and liasing with our in-house team of graphic designers to help bring their marketing visions to life via virtual product mockups. Being readily available and keen to assist clients through the ordering process from initial contact through to deliver is a key part of my role and helps to build up excellent relationships.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
The different types of clients I work with on a daily basis which makes my role exceptionally interesting when talking to clients and finding out what they are all about both from a business point of view and on personal level.

What’s one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in your career?
That mistakes can happen and that the best thing to do when something doesn’t go right is to try to learn from them and keep improving and mainting a positive mental attitude.

What do you like about working at GoPromotional?
The relaxed working atmosphere and friendly colleagues.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
To be able to sign language or another language fluently.

What do you get up to outside of the office?
I enjoy watching movies or TV shows, going for walks in the countryside, eating out and mor recently spending time with my Fiancé organising our forth coming wedding!
